Strategic Planning Retreat Summary
The MACC convened its annual Strategic Planning Retreat on January 9th, 2010. We reviewed activities accomplished during the previous year and outlined a strategic course for 2010. Attendees identified issues, activities and projects that are facing the organization and the community in 2010. Having discussed these items, participants drafted a set of action items and a calendar of events to chart the course for the organization - please see the MACC 2010 Strategic Planning doc for more information.
