Schools

Within the city limits, Morningside feeds into the Pittsburgh Public School District. Younger children from Morningside attend Sunnyside School, the K-8 school a short walk up the hill in Stanton Heights. Older children attend Pittsburgh Peabody High School, which is located on the border of Highland Park and East Liberty. St. Raphael School, a Catholic pre K-8 located on Chislett Street, is where many of Morningside’s residents went to school as children.
